In case of force majeure (weather, flight cancellations, or other events beyond our control), you may reschedule your transfer at no cost within the same year. No monetary refunds apply.

Linkshuttle Cancun offers 2 hours of complimentary waiting time starting from the scheduled landing time of your flight. We continuously monitor flight arrivals to adjust the pickup time accordingly.

After the 2-hour courtesy period, an additional charge per minute of waiting time will apply. If we are unable to reach the passenger (by phone, WhatsApp, or email) within 90 minutes after the flight has landed, the service will be considered a “No Show”, and no refund will be issued.

Hotel, Home, or Other Pickups

A 15-minute courtesy waiting time is provided from the scheduled pickup time. After this period, the driver may leave, and the service will be considered a “No Show” with no refund. Our goal is to respect every client’s time and ensure punctual and efficient service for all transfers.
